Delete your account & data

You can ask us to delete your KulaOS account and the personal data associated with it at any time. KulaOS is operated by Kula Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 53 676 723 452), Sydney, Australia. This handles deletion requests consistent with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Request deletion
Enter the email address on your KulaOS account and submit the form. We’ll email that address to confirm the request before we erase anything.

What gets deleted
On a confirmed request we delete the personal data we hold as controller for your account, including:
- Your account profile — name, work email, role and authentication credentials.
- Connected/imported studio data held for your account, and the derived summaries built from it.
- Support and contact history tied to your account.
What we keep, and why
A small amount of data may be retained where the law requires it or to protect the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy:
- Records we must keep for tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
- Minimal audit records of privileged or write actions, kept for accountability and security.
Retained records are limited to what those obligations require and are deleted once they no longer apply.
How long it takes
Once you confirm, we delete your account and associated data within 30 days, subject only to the legal and audit retention above. We’ll let you know when it’s done.
