Anything look broken or confusing? Just say so. Kula checks your system's own status and the docs, fixes what it can, and only then files to Kula staff — whose replies land right back in your chat. No phone queue, no support email to hunt for.

- Every number is dated. "As of yesterday, 4:32pm" — never "recently".
